1. In-Stock Products

  • Delivery Time: Products that are in stock will be delivered within 3-12 business days after your order is confirmed.

2. Made-to-Order Products

  • Production Time: Made-to-order products are specially manufactured upon request. The production process takes approximately 15-25 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Once production is complete, the shipping process will take an additional 3-12 business days.
  • Factors affecting delivery times for made-to-order products include:
    • Manufacturing timelines.
    • Shipping carrier schedules.

3. Non-Working Days in China

As our products are manufactured in China, the following national holidays and non-working days may affect production and delivery timelines. Please be aware that no services will be available during these periods:

  • 1. New Year’s Day (元旦节)

    • Date: January 1
    • Duration: 1 day
    • Description: Celebrated as the beginning of the Gregorian New Year.

    2. Chinese New Year (春节 - Spring Festival)

    • Date: Late January to early February (based on the Lunar Calendar).
    • Duration: 7-14 days
    • Description: The most important festival in China. Factories and businesses often close for up to two weeks.

    3. Qingming Festival (清明节 - Tomb-Sweeping Day)

    • Date: April 4 or 5
    • Duration: 1-3 days
    • Description: Families pay respect to ancestors by cleaning their graves and making offerings.

    4. Labor Day (劳动节)

    • Date: May 1
    • Duration: 1-3 days
    • Description: Celebrates workers' contributions, and factories typically close for this period.

    5. Dragon Boat Festival (端午节)

    • Date: Fifth day of the fifth lunar month (June)
    • Duration: 1-3 days
    • Description: Known for dragon boat races and eating sticky rice dumplings (zongzi).

    6. Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋节)

    • Date: 15th day of the eighth lunar month (September or October)
    • Duration: 1-3 days
    • Description: Families gather to enjoy mooncakes and celebrate the harvest moon.

    7. National Day (国庆节)

    • Date: October 1-7
    • Duration: 7 days (Golden Week)
    • Description: Celebrates the founding of the People’s Republic of China. This is a major holiday, and most factories and businesses close for the entire week.

    8. Additional Holidays in Some Regions

    • International Women’s Day (国际妇女节): March 8 (half-day for women in some workplaces).
    • Youth Day (青年节): May 4 (half-day for youth aged 14-28 in some organizations).
    • Children’s Day (儿童节): June 1 (half-day for children and teachers).
    • Army Day (建军节): August 1 (military personnel only).

    Important Notes

    • Many businesses, especially factories, extend closures around Chinese New Year and National Day Golden Week.
    • Holidays based on the Lunar Calendar (e.g., Chinese New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, and Mid-Autumn Festival) change dates every year.
    • If a holiday falls on a weekend, the following weekday(s) may be taken as a holiday.

Orders placed during these dates will be processed after the holidays.
